Cara Watson

Cara Watson, PTA, earned her Associates in Applied Sciences degree from Craven Community College in 2012. She began her journey in healthcare as a physical therapist aide in 2011 while still in school. Upon graduation, Cara started her professional career as a physical therapist assistant in Jacksonville, North Carolina.  Her next outpatient experience was in Swansboro, North Carolina, before joining us here at Craven Physical Therapy & Spine, Inc. Cara prefers the outpatient environment, enjoying both the pace and the variety of patient diagnoses she encounters. She finds great reward in helping patients recover from both injuries and surgical procedures. Cara reports that it is an honor to help assist patients, to as we like to say, "Getting back to work, to play, to life!" Outside of her clinical work, Cara also travels while spending time with friends and family as an active community member on the Crystal Coast
