Founded with this philosophy in mind, residency-trained physical therapists Tony Diamadi and Bob Robinson have worked to create a unique clinic, with a level of quality that is evident from the minute you step inside the door. Whether it’s the warm, inviting waiting area, the personal attention you receive from the staff, or their unique approach to your care, something different is waiting for you at Craven Physical Therapy & Spine.

Craven Physical Therapy & Spine is conveniently located at 2111 K Neuse Blvd., inside the old Montgomery Ward building. This welcoming, state-of-the-art facility features ample parking and occupies approximately 4200 sq. ft. of space, which includes four private exam rooms and a fully furnished state-of-the-art gym.

We are also proud to be the first clinic in this area to offer Hill Laboratories REPEX, REPEX II, RATH mechanical treatment tables and Triton Decompression / traction table.
